Joe Zukauskas brings 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations, including 26 years dedicated to senior living. Over his career, he has partnered with some of the nation’s largest senior living providers as well as startup operators building their communities from the ground up, leading teams across sales, marketing, and operations.

Along the way, Joe noticed a common opportunity at nearly every organization he worked with. Families reaching out for information deserved a fast, caring response, but busy sales directors couldn’t always be available. A call might come in during a tour, or an inquiry might arrive on a Saturday evening and wait until Monday. Operators were investing in great lead generation, and Joe knew those families and those investments deserved timely, consistent follow-up.

Joe founded Dialogue in May 2024 to make that happen. Dialogue provides a dedicated team of trained senior living representatives who welcome every inquiry with the warmth, knowledge, and attentiveness of a great sales director, so every family feels heard and every community can make the most of every lead.
